What will you do?

• Set up and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads

• You build strategies and funnels for different segments

• Increase ROI / conversions , work with retargeting and audiences

• You test creatives, hypotheses and formats (A/B testing)

• You analyze performance and come up with optimization proposals.

What do we expect from you?

• Min. 3 years experience in Meta Ads + Google Ads

• Good understanding of algorithms and analytics

• Experience with retargeting, segmentation, conversion optimization

• Responsibility, organization, willingness to test.
