Customer Care Specialist

Responsibility

Resolving customer inquiries related to the purchase of company goods,

Providing quality feedback and maintaining communication with clients,

Addressing unconventional situations, understanding the core issues for their further resolution,

Maintaining the standard of service quality and raising it higher,

Providing exceptionally high-quality service

Obligations

  • We are looking for a professional who:

    • Has psychological skills, can understand client needs, show empathy, and create an atmosphere of trust;

    • Has a medical, pharmaceutical, or bioengineering education, which allows a better understanding of our clients' requests and needs;

    • Is fluent in Russian and Romanian for effective communication with clients;

    • Is proficient in computer programs such as 1C and Microsoft Office;

    • Can work in a multitasking environment, has articulate speech and a high level of communication culture.
