We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Procurement Manager , who will support procurement processes and collaboration with suppliers, contributing to the smooth running of the company's activities.
Assistance in the import process, preparation and verification of documents, maintaining relationships with carriers and suppliers;
Preparing orders and tracking delivery times;
Archiving and updating contracts and work files.
Communication with international suppliers to clarify commercial and logistical details;
Entering and updating data in internal systems (Excel, 1C).
Previous experience in an administrative position, preferably in the field of import or procurement;
Good working skills with Excel, MS Office and 1C;
Knowledge of languages: Romanian and Russian - fluent, English - intermediate/advanced level;
Higher education completed or in the process of completion;
Attention to detail, seriousness and organization.
