Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Overseeing and coordinating the operational activities of the company, including production, distribution, warehousing, and logistics, to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the business.
Product Development: Leading the process of developing new products or product lines, including market research, trend analysis, design and prototype testing, in line with customer requirements and feedback.
B2B Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining business-to-business (B2B) customer relationships, including with companies, markets, and stores, to identify their needs and provide tailored, quality solutions.
Marketing and Sales Strategies: Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote the company’s products, attract new customers, and expand the existing customer base, including through the creation of advertising campaigns, participation in trade fairs and industry events, etc.
Business Development: Identifying and assessing opportunities for business growth and expansion, including through diversifying the product range, extending into new markets or market segments, and implementing long-term growth strategies.
Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring business performance, analyzing data, and reporting on relevant results and trends, to identify improvement opportunities and make informed decisions regarding the business strategy.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position in the textile or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Excellent project management skills and team coordination abilities.
The ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Strong knowledge in the field of marketing and sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented and the ability to work under pressure.
