The Linella supermarket chain (Moldretail Group) is expanding its team and is looking for a Private Label Manager — a responsible, creative and result-oriented specialist.
Development and updating of the product range under our own brand.
Portfolio optimization based on commercial indicators.
Market analysis and identification of consumption trends.
Selecting local and international suppliers and negotiating commercial terms.
Coordination of the process of creating private label products (recipes, packaging, labels, branding, promotional materials).
Ensuring product quality control at all stages.
Compliance with internal standards and regulations in force.
Management of technical and commercial documentation.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
Experience in purchasing, retail or private label management.
Technical production knowledge and understanding of business processes and working documentation.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical thinking, result orientation, attention to detail.
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian; English is an advantage.
