Job description

Responsibilities

  • Development and updating of the product range under our own brand.

  • Portfolio optimization based on commercial indicators.

  • Market analysis and identification of consumption trends.

  • Selecting local and international suppliers and negotiating commercial terms.

  • Coordination of the process of creating private label products (recipes, packaging, labels, branding, promotional materials).

  • Ensuring product quality control at all stages.

  • Compliance with internal standards and regulations in force.

  • Management of technical and commercial documentation.

Requirements

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with multiple departments.

  • Experience in purchasing, retail or private label management.

  • Technical production knowledge and understanding of business processes and working documentation.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Analytical thinking, result orientation, attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian; English is an advantage.
