We are looking for a dedicated Head of Export Department to help expand our presence in foreign markets.
The Customer Search Process
Identify the most effective tools for finding new customers;
Organizes and participates in international exhibitions/forums/missions, etc.;
Organize and conduct market prospecting activities, analyze competitors and their offers.
Customer Management Process
Develops and implements the System for working with new and existing clients;
Develops and negotiates sales and purchase contracts;
Monitors the client's compliance with contractual provisions;
Forecast/Plan production for export.
The Marketing Process
Coordinates promotional actions/campaigns with existing clients;
Performs analysis of export assortment sales and submits proposals for changes in the Assortment Policy.
Requirements for the candidate:
Higher education in economics, law (tax and customs)
Work experience in the field - 2 years
Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills;
Strategic thinking and results orientation.
Knowledge of languages:
Romanian – advanced level
Russian – advanced level
English – advanced level.
