Job description

Responsibilities

The Customer Search Process

  • Identify the most effective tools for finding new customers;

  • Organizes and participates in international exhibitions/forums/missions, etc.;

  • Organize and conduct market prospecting activities, analyze competitors and their offers.

Customer Management Process

  • Develops and implements the System for working with new and existing clients;

  • Develops and negotiates sales and purchase contracts;

  • Monitors the client's compliance with contractual provisions;

  • Forecast/Plan production for export.

The Marketing Process

  • Coordinates promotional actions/campaigns with existing clients;

  • Performs analysis of export assortment sales and submits proposals for changes in the Assortment Policy.

Requirements

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Higher education in economics, law (tax and customs)

  • Work experience in the field - 2 years

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills;

  • Strategic thinking and results orientation.

Knowledge of languages:

  • Romanian – advanced level

  • Russian – advanced level

  • English – advanced level.
