Production Training Specialist

· Developing training materials based on technological sheets;
· Practical training of managers and line staff in production units;
· Monitoring the correct application of operational and technological standards;
· Providing support and guidance to field teams to maintain consistent quality;
· Participation in the development and optimization of training processes.
· Studies in the field of Public Food Technology;
· Practical experience in the food industry and training/mentoring;
· Advanced knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English – an advantage;
· Good communication, organizational and presentation skills;
· Responsibility, involvement and results orientation.
