Rogob Company is looking for an organized, analytical and performance-oriented Industrial and Production Technologist to contribute to optimizing production processes and ensuring product quality.

coordinate and monitor technological processes in the production department
develop and update technological sheets, instructions and operational standards
optimize production flows to increase efficiency and reduce losses
ensure compliance with technical parameters and quality standards
you collaborate with the production, maintenance and quality control teams
participate in the development and implementation of new products
analyze performance indicators (yield, consumption, scrap)
track product traceability throughout the entire production flow
participate in actions to continuously improve the standards implemented at the company level.
higher education in the field of food technology
experience in a production environment (an advantage)
knowledge of quality and safety standards (HACCP, ISO)
good knowledge of MS Office package
excellent communication skills.
