Basic duties of the vacant public position, according to the job description:

a. Carrying out activities related to the design, development, testing, modification of functionalities of application systems

and web services in the field of state social insurance

b. Participating in the creation of internal normative acts and project documents to ensure

the continuous functionality of the application systems and web services

c. Analyzing and identifying optimal solutions to ensure the coherence of solutions and resources

of information technologies

d. Preparing reports and informative notes related to the data from databases, application systems

and web services, according to requests from the CNAS collaborators and external environment.

Purpose of the vacant public position, according to the job description:

Carrying out activities related to the design, development, testing, modification of functionalities of application systems and

creating project documents concerning the development of application systems and web services in the field

of state social insurance, as well as identifying optimal solutions to ensure the coherence of solutions and

resources of information technologies.

Specific Requirements for Participation in the Contest:

Education:

Higher, bachelor's degree or equivalent, in the field of information technology.

Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field

Knowledge:

Understanding of the normative framework in the field of state social insurance.

Knowledge of the procedures of internal audit in public institutions.

Understanding of the concept of internal public financial control in the public sector.

Proficiency in the state language within the limits provided by the normative framework.

Skills: Teamwork, drafting work documents, analysis and synthesis, information processing,

consultation, training, presentation, effective communication, conflict resolution, computer use.

Attitudes/Behaviors: Impartiality, avoiding conflicts of interest, resilience to effort and stress,

respect for people, initiative, creativity, flexibility, discipline, responsibility, tendency towards

continuous professional development.

Conditions for Participation in the Contest:

a. holds citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;

b. possesses the Romanian language and official languages for interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory within the limits set by law;

c. has full capacity to exercise rights;

d. has not reached the age of 63 years;

e. is fit, from a health standpoint, to carry out the public function, according

to the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if there are

special health requirements established for the respective function;

f. possesses the required education for the respective public function;

g. in the last 5 years has not been dismissed from a public function according to Art. 64 paragraph (1) letters a) and b) or has not had

the individual labor contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;

h. does not have unexpunged criminal convictions for deliberate offenses;

i. is not deprived of the right to hold certain functions or to conduct a certain activity as a main or additional penalty, following a definitive court sentence imposing this ban;

j. does not have a prohibition from holding a public office or public dignity position, resulting from a finding act of the National Integrity Authority.
