The basic tasks of the vacant public position, according to the job description:

a. Contributing to the implementation of normative acts in the field of information technology.

b. Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of operational systems and undertaking measures to

eliminate any incidents that arise.

c. Managing and developing the configurations of active network equipment and database management systems.

d. Ensuring the implementation of informational and cybersecurity policy within the National House

of Social Insurance, including prevention measures, analysis, and security control.

e. Managing the antivirus protection measures of operational systems and active equipment

Specific requirements for contest participation:

Education: Higher, bachelor's degree or equivalent, in the field of information technology.

Professional experience: minimum 1 year of professional experience in the field.

Knowledge:

knowledge of the state language;

information technologies: Informix, Oracle, programming languages.

Skills: Organization, coordination, control, resource management, analysis and synthesis, objectivity and assessment,

accuracy, teamwork, computer usage skills.

Attitudes/Behaviors: Executive, punctual, with initiative, creative, organized, disciplined,

tendency for continuous professional development.

Conditions for contest participation:

a. holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;

b. possesses the Romanian language and the official languages of interethnic communication spoken in the respective territory

within the limits established by law;

c. has full capacity to exercise rights;

d. has not reached the age of 63 years;

e. is fit, from a health standpoint, to exercise the public function, according to

the medical certificate issued by the authorized medical institution, if for the respective function there are

set specific health requirements;

f. has the necessary education required for the respective public function;

g. in the last 5 years has not been dismissed from a public function according to Art. 64 para. (1) lit. a) and b) or has not had

their individual labor contract terminated for disciplinary reasons;

h. does not have unspent criminal record for intentional crimes;

a. is not deprived of the right to hold certain positions or to perform a certain activity, as

main or complementary punishment, as a result of a final court sentence which

imposed this prohibition;

j. does not have the prohibition to hold a public function or public dignity, derived from an

act of finding by the National Integrity Authority.
