Role: The real estate agent specializing in residential sales handles transactions for apartments and houses, with the role of facilitating the process between owners and potential buyers or tenants.
Identification and evaluation of residential properties available for sale.
Conducting viewings and presentations of properties to potential buyers.
Advising clients on price, sales conditions and necessary documentation.
Negotiating price and contract terms on behalf of the client.
Ensuring a transparent process and in accordance with real estate legislation.
Creating and managing the database of customers and properties.

Structured knowledge of the local residential market;

Negotiation capacity and flexibility in relation to customers and the market;

Adaptability in schedule and availability for viewings;
Ability to analyze demand and identify sales opportunities.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or communication;
