Requirements

Negotiation capacity and flexibility in relation to customers and the market;
Attention to detail and rigor in document management;
Adaptability in schedule and availability for viewings;
Ability to analyze demand and identify sales opportunities.
Personal profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and/or communication;
Well organized and attentive to detail;
Customer and results oriented;
Empathetic and patient, with the ability to adapt to various types of clients.
Ethical and transparent, respecting professional and legal norms.
