We are in search of a dedicated and dynamic Sales Manager with the skills and experience to expand into the foreign market!
Development and implementation of sales strategies for growth in both domestic and international markets;
Maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners;
Monitoring the market and providing feedback for product and strategy improvement;
Negotiating and finalizing contracts with new clients and partners.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Romanian, Russian, and English;
Ability to work independently, managing time and resources efficiently;
Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Office;
Category B driving license and personal means of transportation (advantage).
Salary 12,000 lei fixed + percentage of recorded sales.
Work schedule: from 08:00 to 17:00.
