BAM BASKET is the fastest growing basketball academy in Moldova.
We're strengthening our sales department and seeking a manager who can quickly and efficiently process incoming requests, communicate with parents, manage trial training registrations and membership payments, and maintain order with clients and communications.
Your primary goal is to convert inquiries from Instagram/FB/phone calls/messages into actual academy students. This is a systematic approach: understanding the parent's needs, asking the right questions, suggesting a suitable group based on age/level/schedule, gently overcoming objections, and guiding the client to the desired outcome.
• Process incoming requests (direct, messengers, calls)
• Consult parents: age groups, schedule, format, prices, locations
• Sign up for a trial training session and accompany you until your arrival
• After the trial period, follow up with payment (messages/calls, answers to questions)
• Work with objections: “it’s expensive”, “we’ll think about it”, “the timing is inconvenient”, “we’re in a different club”
• Maintain order in clients: statuses, notes, recording agreements (CRM/table/Notion)
• Pass information to admins, collect feedback after trials
We're looking for someone who enjoys communication and knows how to sell without pressure—through value, care, and confident communication. It's important that you're disciplined: you keep track of client statuses, don't lose leads, provide thoughtful follow-up, and meet deadlines.
What is important to us:
• Experience in sales/customer service (ideally – services/education/children’s areas)
• Confident communication via correspondence and telephone (calls will be sufficient)
• Discipline: do not lose applications, maintain order and follow-up
• Ability to work with objections (“expensive”, “we’ll think about it”, “the timing is inconvenient”, “the child is shy”)
• Fluent in Russian and Romanian (English is a plus)
• Calm and respectful communication (even with “difficult” clients)
Experience with CRM, understanding of sales funnels, and a love of sports/children's projects will be a plus.

• Training: scripts, knowledge base, product introduction and communication standards
Payment: fixed + KPI bonus
Opening hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00.
