Communication with online store customers (without cold calls);
Processing and recording orders in CRM;
Providing advice and support in product selection;
Making additional sales (complementary products).
User-level PC operating knowledge;
Good communication skills and positive attitude;
Knowledge of Russian and Romanian (state language);
Experience in sales or call center is an advantage.
