Job description

Responsibilities

  • Communication with online store customers (without cold calls);

  • Processing and recording orders in CRM;

  • Providing advice and support in product selection;

  • Making additional sales (complementary products).

Requirements

  • User-level PC operating knowledge;

  • Good communication skills and positive attitude;

  • Knowledge of Russian and Romanian (state language);

  • Experience in sales or call center is an advantage.
