We are hiring: Supervisor (merchandise specialist)
Coordinating the team's activity and monitoring the fulfillment of sales plans;
Motivating the team and organizing training for the development of professional skills.
Carrying out visits for employee evaluation and training;
Analyzing sales data and preparing reports for management;
Ensuring compliance with company standards.
Candidate requirements:
Minimum 2 years of sales experience;
Excellent team management skills and leadership qualities;
Experience in preparing reports and sales planning.
Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages;
Personal qualities:
Organization and results orientation;
Ability to inspire the team and resolve conflict situations;
Proactive attitude in solving tasks;
Flexibility and openness to change.
