Responsibilities
Development and implementation of sales strategies for increasing revenue and market share.
Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring that their needs are understood and met efficiently.
Identifying and contacting potential clients, both domestically and internationally, to promote the company's products and services.
Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other relevant events to develop business relationships and promote the company's brand.
Constantly monitoring and analyzing the market and competition to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and prompt delivery of products to customers.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience in sales and/or customer relations, preferably in the textile or apparel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian, and ideally, in a foreign language (English or others).
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market and customer needs.
A results-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Flexibility and adaptability to market changes and customer requirements.
