About the Role:We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth in the fintech sector. You’ll identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our market presence—helping shape the future of financial technology.
Hunt for new business opportunities and high-value partnerships.
Strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Work with sales & product teams to boost revenue and market expansion.
Represent us at industry events and networking forums.
Develop and execute data-driven business strategies.
Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
B2+ English (Russian is a plus).
Proven B2B sales/biz-dev experience (fintech preferred).
A strong network and history of closing complex deals.
Sharp negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytical ability.
Flexibility for occasional travel.
