We are looking for an Area Manager with retail experience, capable of coordinating teams and implementing effective sales strategies.
Coordinate the activity of 10-15 stores in the network, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability objectives
Implement and monitor operational procedures and business strategies at store level
You oversee product presentation, shelf organization and labeling
Inventory management and coordination of periodic inventories
Recruit, train and motivate store teams, ensuring their performance
Coordinate advertising material distribution campaigns in stores
You are actively involved in the opening and relocation of stores in your area
Analyze the retail market and propose strategies to increase sales

Managerial experience in retail and team coordination
Solid knowledge of a store's performance indicators and the ability to optimize them
Organizational skills, quick decision-making and results orientation
Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages
Driving license and availability for frequent travel
Solid knowledge of using Microsoft Office
