Sales Manager (Agronomy, Pesticides)

Agricultural production company is hiring a Sales Manager with experience in agronomy and phytosanitary products.

• Coordination of the sales team (7 people);

• Setting commercial objectives and monitoring their achievement;

• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the agricultural sector;

• Organizing and supervising product promotion activities (pesticides, fertilizers, seeds);

• Reporting results to company management.

• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in agricultural or phytosanitary sales;

• Higher education

• Solid knowledge in agronomy;

• Excellent team leadership and motivation skills;

• Result orientation and ability to make quick decisions;

• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages.
