The construction company Masbalt SRL invites a Sales Consultant to join the team to contribute to the development of the Company's brand and attract new clients.
Providing potential clients with solutions for construction projects
Identifying customer needs (individuals, legal entities, state organizations)
Promoting and selling portfolio services
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients
Market prospecting and attracting new customers
Compliance with internal procedures and commercial policies
Achieving objectives on completed projects
Secondary or higher education (in the construction field will be an advantage)
Previous experience in sales is an advantage
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Customer and results orientation
Positive attitude, proactive and team spirit
Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian
Professional skills
Knowledge of sales techniques
Ability to identify client needs and provide personalized solutions
Service presentation skills
Ability to handle customer objections and complaints PC usage (MS Office, CRM)
