The activity will consist of:

- Taking orders over the phone/online;
- Checking and processing orders for shipment, including preparing products for delivery;
- Communicating with customers in case of questions, order changes, or potential delivery issues;
- Carefully packaging and processing orders with attention to detail;
- Handing over orders to the courier company for delivery;
- Updating information on the website.

- Responsibility, diligence, and attention to detail, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn;
- Communication skills, both over the phone and in writing;
- Proficiency in Romanian and Russian languages;
- Willingness to learn;
- Computer operating skills;
- The ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and to meet deadlines.
