Supporting the work of the foreign trade manager: assistance in communication with clients and partners.
Updating and maintaining the client database.
Coordinating deals: drafting documents and interacting with other departments.
Preparing commercial proposals.
Managing reports in the CRM system (AMO).
Carrying out administrative tasks assigned by the manager.
Experience in sales or administrative support (foreign economic activity experience is an advantage).
Proficiency in Russian, Romanian, and English languages.
