Job description

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the work of the foreign trade manager: assistance in communication with clients and partners.

  • Updating and maintaining the client database.

  • Coordinating deals: drafting documents and interacting with other departments.

  • Preparing commercial proposals.

  • Managing reports in the CRM system (AMO).

  • Carrying out administrative tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or administrative support (foreign economic activity experience is an advantage).

  • Proficiency in Russian, Romanian, and English languages.

  • Skills in working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.

  • Basic understanding of logistic processes.

  • Organized, attentive, and willing to develop.
