Responsibilities
Receiving and processing incoming calls and requests:
1. The customer submits a request; the system automatically connects them with an operator.
2. The operator advises the customer on the products using a script (scenario, translated into Bulgarian)
3. The operator offers the customer additional products.
4. The operator records the customer's details and delivery information in the order form and then finalizes the order.
Requirements
· Knowledge of BULGARIAN language (level B2);
· Communicativeness, tact, and a positive attitude for interactions with clients;
· Politeness, coherent speech, stress resistance;
· Ability to work in a team;
· Experience in sales is a plus, but if not, a willingness to learn – we will help!
· Laptop/computer (WINDOWS OS at least version 10, from 4 GB RAM), headphones, high-speed internet (5 MB/s in both directions).
· Maintaining a quiet background.
· Motivation to earn a lot of money!
