• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.

• Attracting new customers and retaining existing ones.

• Proper execution of all sales operations and receiving payments from customers.

• Adhering to the standards for displaying products in the store.

• Education level: Technical Vocational.

• No experience is necessary, but 2-5 years of experience in sales is considered a plus.

• Knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages is required.
