Responsibilities
You call 30–50 institutions from the provided databases daily and propose relevant products.
Communicate directly with school principals, mayors, accountants, engineers, etc.
You send offers, track their status, and come back until the sale closes.
You collaborate with colleagues in purchasing and logistics for availability and pricing.
You respect the CRM procedure and complete all interactions daily.
Participate in meetings with potential clients where necessary (possibly accompanied by technical colleagues).
Job Purpose: The B2G Sales Manager is the person who calls, proposes, negotiates and closes the sale. You will work on products already identified by the purchasing team and will actively contact schools, kindergartens, city halls, hospitals, public institutions across the country to propose personalized offers.
This post is 100% operational – it's not about strategy, it's about daily action and volume.
Requirements
Energetic, determined and convincing person.
Previous experience in telephone or B2B/B2G sales is an advantage.
Very good communication skills in Romanian and Russian.
Thinking oriented towards solutions and results, not just "tasks".
Minimum computer skills (Word, Excel, email, CRM).
