The AMBER-TERM consortium is expanding its team and is looking for new colleagues.
The ideal candidate:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, persevering, and dynamic person to join the AMBER-TERM family at our headquarters in Chișinău, Vadul lui Vodă street no. 68.
Development and implementation of the service center's growth strategy
Management of the team consisting of 10-15 people, recruitment and training of employees
Quality control of the provided services and compliance with deadlines for order fulfillment
Organization of work for the reception and delivery of services, accounting and control of equipment
Responsible for the financial performance and achieving the goals of the service center
Development and maintenance of high service standards for customers
Conducting analyses and reports on the service center's operations
Timely updating of databases and inventory systems for goods and services (periodic inventory of spare parts in stock)
Continuous study of new technologies, market trends, and work methods in the field of service centers
Collaboration with other departments of the company for work coordination and ensuring efficient interaction
Experience as a Service Director or Assistant Service Director for at least 2 years;
Higher education (technical or management)
Experience in developing and implementing regulations and processes
Knowledge of staff management principles, planning, and budgeting
Ability to organize team work and achieve set goals
Availability for responsibility and decision-making
Experience and willingness to self-develop in the technical field (areas of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, water supply, and sewage)
To be a positive and dynamic person;
To have communication skills in Romanian, Russian;
To be open to changes and result-oriented;
To be disciplined and responsible;
To be ready to learn new things.
Knowledge of 1C, CRM
