Job description

Franzelcom Company invites new colleagues to join the team as the Director of Bakery Product Sales.

Responsibility

Planning, organizing, managing, controlling, and analyzing the activities of the sales department; Leading, operational control, and improving the efficiency of the sales agents (evaluating, adapting, and training agents in the sales department); Developing and ensuring the implementation of the strategic plan for the company's development in the field of commerce; Planning and analyzing sales, ensuring conditions to achieve established objectives; Monitoring and analyzing regional and local trends in pricing and marketing policies, including competitors; Involvement in developing marketing strategies for promoting the company's products; Maintaining accompanying documentation and reports of the sales department.

Obligations

Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar leadership role in sales, preferably in bakery product sales;
Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages, English would be an advantage;
Solid understanding of sales strategies, marketing, and product development;
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies;
Team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;
Availability for field trips;
Good PC operating skills;
Dynamic, ambitious, and results-oriented personality;
Own car.
