Job description

Responsibilities

Planning, organizing, managing, controlling, and analyzing the activities of the sales department; Leading, operational control, and improving the efficiency of the sales agents (evaluating, adapting, and training agents in the sales department); Developing and ensuring the implementation of the strategic plan for the company's development in the field of commerce; Planning and analyzing sales, ensuring conditions to achieve established objectives; Monitoring and analyzing regional and local trends in pricing and marketing policies, including competitors; Involvement in developing marketing strategies for promoting the company's products; Maintaining accompanying documentation and reports of the sales department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in a similar leadership role in sales, preferably in bakery product sales;

  • Fluent knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages, English would be an advantage;

  • Solid understanding of sales strategies, marketing, and product development;

  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies;

  • Team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members;

  • Availability for field trips;

  • Good PC operating skills;

  • Dynamic, ambitious, and results-oriented personality;

  • Own car.
