Responsibilities
- Management of the sales department;
- Active collaboration with current customers and expanding the customer base;
- Systematic analysis of the market in the field (products, prices, consumer demand);
- Daily monitoring of sales managers regarding task fulfillment;
- Providing support and consultancy to the team's managers;
- Organizing the processes of promoting the company and its products.
- Planning and analyzing sales, ensuring the conditions for achieving set goals.
- Involvement in the development of marketing strategies to promote the company's products;
Requirements
- Higher education mandatory;
- Mandatory knowledge of the state language, knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage;
- Mandatory knowledge of the AMOCRM platform;
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience;
- Communication, negotiation, and planning skills at a managerial level;
- Experience managing a team/collective;
- Ability to organize and steer processes towards results;
- Ability to make independent decisions;
- Responsibility and initiative;
- Advanced PC user.
