working with regulatory documents in construction, contracting organizations;
preparation and coordination of work schedules;
management and coordination of construction crew activities;
liaising with regulatory authorities (responsible for technical supervision, by author);
preparation and filling out of executive documents (records of concealed work, work logs, work execution schedules);
quality control and monitoring deadlines for work completion;
hiring subcontractors.
higher education in industrial and civil construction;
possession of accreditation certificate;
at least 3 years of experience in construction;
knowledge of quality assurance methods and procedures in construction;
understanding of construction work technological processes;
computer skills: Word, Excel (knowledge of AutoCad, WINSMETA is a plus),
ownership of a personal vehicle;
category B driver's license.
