Responsibilities
Implementing and configuring CRM systems in accordance with our business requirements and processes.
Customizing and developing CRM functionalities and reports to meet the specific needs of the company.
Integrating the CRM system with other systems and technology platforms used within our organization.
Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system and managing customer databases.
Create and manage automated workflows and notifications to optimize operational processes.
Providing data and technical support for CRM users and managing system-related requests and incidents.
Monitoring CRM system performance, identifying and implementing continuous improvements.
Requirements
Previous experience implementing and managing CRM systems, preferably with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or other popular CRM platforms.
Solid knowledge of CRM system functionalities and experience in their customization and development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.
Detail-oriented and high attention to data quality and security standards.
Relevant certifications in the CRM field are a plus.
