Job description

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and configuring CRM systems in accordance with our business requirements and processes.

  • Customizing and developing CRM functionalities and reports to meet the specific needs of the company.

  • Integrating the CRM system with other systems and technology platforms used within our organization.

  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system and managing customer databases.

  • Create and manage automated workflows and notifications to optimize operational processes.

  • Providing data and technical support for CRM users and managing system-related requests and incidents.

  • Monitoring CRM system performance, identifying and implementing continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience implementing and managing CRM systems, preferably with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot or other popular CRM platforms.

  • Solid knowledge of CRM system functionalities and experience in their customization and development.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.

  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.

  • Detail-oriented and high attention to data quality and security standards.

  • Relevant certifications in the CRM field are a plus.
