Security and Operational Control Manager
Ensures the protection of people, assets, construction sites, equipment, warehouses, information and operational continuity, by implementing an integrated system of physical security, access control, loss prevention, incident management and investigation and internal discipline.
Develops and implements security policies and procedures
Verify compliance with procedures regarding keys, equipment, company assets, and access to restricted areas.
Assesses risks and proposes preventive measures, prepares reports on incidents and risks
Monitors security systems (CCTV, access control, alarm)
Collaborate with authorities (police, firefighters, etc.)
Conducts periodic security audits
Supervise contracts with security companies
Check the operation of security equipment
Monitors the physical security of construction sites, warehouses, equipment and logistics bases.
Organize the access control system for employees, subcontractors, suppliers and visitors.
Coordinates the investigation of internal misconduct with an impact on the company's security or assets.
Participates in the verification of incidents related to the disappearance of materials, fuel, tools or equipment.
Higher education (preferably in the field of security, law or management)
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in physical security, internal control, asset protection or operational management
Ability to analyze, investigate and write reports
Experience working with CCTV, access control, alarms
Category B license
Available for trips to objects.
