Responsibilities:

• Make accurate bookings for customers using various GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and booking portals;

• Plan trips according to customer preferences and budgetary constraints;

• Make and confirm reservations for flights.

Skill Requirements:

• (No experience needed);

• Strong computer skills;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian - C1 level (advanced/conversational)nice to have;

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;

• A passion for travel and a desire to create memorable experiences for customers.
