Responsibilities
Verifying and checking the already made bookings for customers using various GDS (Global Distribution Systems) and booking portals;
Maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer interactions;
Assist passengers by addressing inquiries related to travel arrangements;
Make and confirm reservations for flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services;
Handle ticket rebooking and issuance as necessary.
Requirements
Proven working experience in GDS Amadeus with the ability to navigate through the system effectively will consist an advantage;
Strong computer skills and problem solving;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks;
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
Experience in ticketing systems and customer service will consist an advantage.
