The Public Medical-Sanitary Institution Republican Narcology Dispensary (hereinafter referred to as PMI RND) was established by Order No. 281 of the Ministry of Health dated July 24, 1985, as a consultative, diagnostic, and treatment center for individuals with addictions, empowered also with the organization of preventive activities and promotion of healthy lifestyles.
