Hospices of Hope is a British charity organization that has dedicated over 30 years to the active and effective development of Palliative Care Services in Southeastern Europe. Present in the Republic of Moldova since 2008, Hospices of Hope Moldova has been actively developing since 2017 the Hospices of Hope National Palliative Care Services Network – the first of its kind in the country.
Currently, this network includes four multi-disciplinary mobile teams offering free services to beneficiaries in the districts of Orhei, Soroca, Ocnita, and Taraclia.
