✅ Effective team management and proper delegation of tasks;

✅ Consulting clients on accounting and taxation matters;
✅ Interaction with tax authorities and other regulatory bodies (preparation of documents, support during inspections);
✅ Conducting express audits of new clients and integrating them into the workflow;

🔹 Experience as a chief accountant;
🔹 Excellent knowledge of National Accounting Standards, tax and labor legislation;
