Responsibilities

  • Ensures fast and high-quality customer service;

  • Provides accurate and detailed information about the company's products and services;

  • Cross selling;

  • Handles complaints, inquiries, and customer requests in a professional and timely manner;

  • Ensures the prompt and accurate entry, checking, and updating of information in the database;

  • Cash handling and record-keeping;

  • Maintaining records of daily operations;

  • Daily reporting;

  • Other customer service-related responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Higher education;

  • Experience in the same position - 1 year (preferred);

  • Experience with cash transactions (preferred);

  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook;

  • Knowledge of customer service standards and principles.
