Responsibilities
What will you do:
To contribute to the development of processes and procedures aimed at ensuring the continuity of the Bank's business in situations of operational incidents;
To develop measures for the Bank's rapid and efficient response to crisis situations, ensuring that the bank can continue its operational activity;
Collaborate with various subdivisions of the Bank on testing operational incident response measures;
To prepare reports related to the results of testing operational incident response measures;
Organize and coordinate the annual business impact analysis process at the Bank level;
Coordinate response activities in the event of business interruption to ensure the Bank's return to normal activity as soon as possible;
To prepare reports related to operational incidents and propose measures to improve response measures within the Bank's continuity plan;
Organize and provide training to Bank employees on the business continuity framework.
Requirements
What we were looking for:
Minimum 3 years of experience in business continuity;
Critical thinking and analytical capabilities;
Ability to present one's point of view professionally and objectively;
Proactivity and willingness to work in a team;
Desire to learn and self-develop;
Knowledge of Romanian, knowledge of English is an advantage.
