Responsibilities
To contribute to the development of processes and procedures aimed at ensuring the continuity of the Bank's business in situations of operational incidents.
To develop measures for the Bank's rapid and efficient response to crisis situations, ensuring that the bank can continue its operational activity.
Collaborate with various subdivisions of the Bank on testing operational incident response measures.
Prepare reports related to the results of testing operational incident response measures.
Organize and coordinate the annual business impact analysis process at the Bank level.
Coordinate response activities in the event of business interruption to ensure the Bank returns to normal activity as soon as possible.
To prepare reports related to operational incidents and propose measures to improve response measures within the Bank's continuity plan.
Organize and provide training to Bank employees on the business continuity framework.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in business continuity.
Critical thinking and analytical capabilities.
The ability to present your point of view professionally and objectively.
Proactivity and willingness to work in a team.
Desire to learn and self-develop.
Knowledge of Romanian, knowledge of English is an advantage.
