Solving complex accounting and tax situations;
Consulting and supporting the team in technical matters;
Monitoring the quality of accounting services;
Professional development of accountants through training and mentoring;

Process optimization and implementation of solutions in 1C;
Improving internal controls and work standards.

Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting;
Experience as a chief accountant or similar position;
Solid knowledge of taxation and 1C;
Ability to make decisions and find solutions in complex situations;
