Job description

Responsibilities

  • Records of receipts and expenses (paypal, e-commerce, cash, bank account)

  • Recording transactions in company records and systems

  • Receiving and verifying primary accounting documents

  • Accounting records - competent and truthful keeping of accounting documentation

  • Planning budgets and other financial management tools

  • Preparation of documents for the development of reports, including fiscal and statistical

  • Preparing reports to properly record expenses

  • Payroll accounting and calculation

  • Preparation and recording of documents regarding staff employment/resignation/leaves

Requirements

  • Minimum experience (2 years) as an accounting assistant;

  • Knowledge of 1C-version 8, Word, Excel;

  • Introduction of acquisitions;

  • Writing tax invoices for deliveries;

  • Settlements with suppliers, buyers, house;

  • Inventory records, personnel records, employment contracts;

  • Bank account records, both in lei and in its currency;

  • Keeping records of goods and materials stocks;

  • High degree of responsibility and confidentiality.
