• Prepare and verify contractual documentation for the export of agricultural products (wheat, corn, sunflower, soybeans and other crops)
• Ensure compliance with international requirements and customs regulations for commercial transactions
• Coordinate with external partners and internal departments to comply with delivery deadlines and contractual conditions
• Monitor the execution of contracts and resolve problems that arise in the transportation and delivery process
• Prepare progress reports and keep track of all commercial and customs documents

• Solid knowledge of international trade law and customs regulations
• Experience in managing contracts and documentation for export/import
• Professional level English communication skills (written and oral)
• Attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Health card and driving license (for occasional travel)
