Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs;
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients;
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships;
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any conversations and deals raised;
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs to the teams;
Meet regularly with other team members and partners to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business;
Generate progress reports, keep necessary information and documentation in order for clients and senior leaders within the organisation.
Requirements
Fluent spoken and written English C1-C2 (it's a must);
Financial and/or fintech background (it's a must);
Professional experience in a sales or customer service role;
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills;
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously;
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
