Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs;

  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients;

  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships;

  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any conversations and deals raised;

  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs to the teams;

  • Meet regularly with other team members and partners to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business;

  • Generate progress reports, keep necessary information and documentation in order for clients and senior leaders within the organisation.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English C1-C2 (it's a must);

  • Financial and/or fintech background (it's a must);

  • Professional experience in a sales or customer service role;

  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills;

  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously;

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
