• Full management of the company's accounting and tax records;

• Preparation and submission of financial, tax, and statistical reports;

• Verification of primary accounting documents and ensuring the accurate recording of business transactions;

• Maintaining records of fixed assets, inventory, and settlements with suppliers and customers;

• Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable;

• Calculating salaries, vacation pay, sick leave payments, and other employee benefits;

• Liaising with government authorities, tax authorities, auditors, and banking institutions;

• Preparing management reports for company leadership;

• Ensuring compliance with tax legislation and internal financial procedures;

• Participating in the automation and optimization of accounting processes.

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;

• Proven experience as a Chief Accountant;

• Excellent knowledge of the accounting and tax legislation of the Republic of Moldova;

• Strong proficiency in 1C, Microsoft Excel, and electronic reporting systems;

• Experience in preparing financial statements and reports;

• Attention to detail, responsibility, and analytical thinking;

• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
